Privacy Daily provides accurate coverage of newsworthy developments in data protection legislation, regulation, litigation, and enforcement for privacy professionals responsible for ensuring effective organizational data privacy compliance.
"The Bridge Blueprint" seeks a dialogue among industry, civil society and lawyers on how the GDPR's abstract, principles-based requirements can be applied through the concrete technical requirements of the AI Act, the office said.
The paper focuses on the deployment of AI systems since this is where risks to data subjects' rights and freedoms often appear, the office added.
