Dutch DPA Posts Guide to AI Literacy
The increasing use of AI requires a stronger commitment to AI literacy, the Dutch DPA said Thursday as it published a guide to building that literacy to help organizations understand their legal obligations under the EU AI Act.

Anyone working with AI systems in a company "should have the skills, knowledge and understanding of the technical functioning of AI systems, as well as their social, ethical and practical aspects," the DPA said.
