Video Surveillance Firm Stresses Safety Commitment in Response to Suit

The video surveillance camera company said that as "a leading wholesale distributor of security, AV, and low-voltage products," ADI takes "the safety of our customers and compliance with all laws in all jurisdictions in which we operate very seriously."
The statement came in response to the Nebraska attorney general's suit against ADI and Resideo Technologies. AG Mike Hilgers (R) accused the companies of marketing and selling cameras to Nebraskans manufactured by China-based firms that the U.S. government has said pose national security and cybersecurity risks.
